CONCEPT DESIGN

3D Maker offers concept designs tailored for property developers and homeowners alike. These drawings serve as valuable tools for assessing feasibility and estimating costs associated with various projects.

BUILDING CONSENT

3D Maker not only provides detailed working drawings but also serves as your representative in obtaining building consent from your local city council. We all know that city councils have their own language, and having someone who can communicate effectively with them makes the process easier, faster, and more cost-effective.

DETAILING AND SHOP DRAWINGS

For over a decade, 3D Maker has been delivering shop drawings for precast concrete panels and steel fabrications. We have successfully completed drawings for over 200 projects. Among these are notable projects such as the New World shop and warehouse in Havelock, the Westmere Reservoir, Bridges and stairs for Ports of Auckland, and the Akarana pump station.

CONSTRUCTION ANIMATION

A construction animation condenses the construction process into stages, highlighting the different steps and components involved in building. These animations serve to visualize each stage, aiding in understanding timelines, costing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please take a look at my youtube channel to see samples.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Architects charge a percentage of the final build cost.

Generally between 4% and 7%.

Not knowing the exact cost can be very frustrating.

To make it easy and straight forward, I will provide you a detailed quote for your specific project with no hidden surprises.

With working from home there are very low overheads.

For smaller projects and changes, my hourly rate is $100+GST per hour.

With no building costs, administration and the like this system reduces the overall cost by up to 50%.
